This panel , as a follow up to last year will explore the differences between last year and this year in the United States and the increased challenges faced by LGBT professionals in the IT industry and society. we will discuss workplace dynamics, representation, mental health, and overcoming biases, while sharing personal experiences and actionable insights. The session aims to spark dialogue, promote allyship, and encourage concrete steps toward a more inclusive IT environment.
