About me
Rich Trouton has been doing Macintosh system and server administration for over twenty years and has supported Macs in a number of different environments, including university, government, medical research, advertising and enterprise software development. His current position is at Jamf, where he works to help organizations succeed with Apple.
Rich has also written for Peachpit, Apress and MacTech Magazine on various ways to manage Apple devices. His most recent book with co-author Charles Edge is the second edition of "Apple Device Management: A Unified Theory of Managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and AppleTVs".
