Tyler Aird is a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Jamf where he's spent six years working across Technical Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success. His work focuses on Apple platform management, identity, and security: the kind of problems that live at the intersection of MDM, zero trust, and "why does authentication still work this way?" He's spoken at JNUC and is returning to PSUMac this year.
Outside of work, Tyler loves video games, music, and time with his family - including wife Montana and son Liam.
